The project embodies "learning through play," infusing education with joy and discovery. The dynamic first-floor space, with slides, bridges, stairs, and mezzanines, forms a vibrant hub for interactive learning. Distinct from private residences on floors 2-5 designed initially for the “Expansion” project, it encourages children to actively engage with educational stations, fostering movement and collaboration. The entrance welcomes guests to an unconventional kindergarten, distinct from the luxurious upper floors.
